1. Submitting a DMCA Notice

2. Sending a DMCA Notice

3. Processing a DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a DMCA-compliant notice, we will take the following actions:

  1. Remove or Disable Content: We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  2. Notify the Content Publisher: We will notify the content publisher that their content has been removed or disabled, and provide instructions on how to submit a counter-notification.
  3. Counter-Notification: If the content publisher believes their content was wrongfully removed, they may submit a counter-notification. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the copyright owner files a legal action within the specified time frame.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you receive a notice that your content has been removed or disabled due to a copyright infringement claim, and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the content that was removed or disabled, and its location before it was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a “zero-tolerance” policy for repeat infringers. If we determine that a user is a repeat infringer, we reserve the right to terminate their account.
